The mysterious affair at styles

The mysterious affair at styles"
excellent I believe I have that one myself.

I'm excited to be part of this new group!

Also, here's the text of my latest tweet
@MalcNoble A rare Sunday off. I have been reading Max Mallowan's Memoirs. Fascinating man who writes his autobiography as if he's talking to you alone

Will there be a fixed sequence in reading the books?
Will each member pick one for the months to come?
When will you decide how to pick the next one?
Being the moderator you get the enviable choice of making decisions.

Can't wait to get my hands on the book "Styles..."

I just found my old copy of Styles last night, it has tabs and notes all through it! I'm looking forward to reading it again.

3. The Murder on the Links (1923)
4. The Man in the Brown Suit (1924)
5. The Secret of Chimneys (1925)
6. The Murder of Roger Ackroyd (1926)
7. The Big Four (1927)
8. The Mystery of the Blue Train (1928)
9. The Seven Dials Mystery (1929)
10.The Murder at the Vicarage (1930)
11.The Sittaford Mystery (1931)
12.Peril at End House (1932)
Would be the choices if we read in sequence of publication. And together with Styles the 12 books for the year.

True! One thing I have always found kind of fun is looking back at the earliest book in the series and then going over the ones following to see how much the writer has matured in their craft.

3. The Murder on the Links (1923)
4. The Man in the Brown Suit (1924)
5. The Secret of Chimneys (1925)
6. The Murder of Roger Ackroyd (1926)
7. The Big Four (1927)
8...."

Some real choice ones there!

It's amazing that Christie has written nearly forty stories about this interesting detective!
