Duplicate Enteries

This is on the only valid entry for Bye Bye Boogeyman. There are two more entries without covers. Those should be deleted. The book needs to show under the rest of my titles. It doesn't as of yet.

In order to appear as one book, all editions need to have the same title, including punctuation and capitalization, and the same author name(s).

On one edition, you're listed as having a middle initial (w/o the GR Author) and when you're listed as a GR author, you have no initial.

And, on one edition, there are three authors.

I've corrected the titles, we just need to have your name updated.

That's actually not correct. While the author names must match exactly, we frequently combine editions in different languages with distinctly different titles.

oh, thanks - I forgot about the different languages! I just know I've easily corrected editions with typo titles and it fixed the problems.
