It'll be nice to be finished up with this series, seeing as I also just finished up with Quarantine, and I started these series around the same time. So proud of myself to actually be finishing series, rather than just starting then and leaving them open like I normally do.

Actually it's available as an audio :D So I shall listen to it as my next one! It'll be interesting reading this one as an audio. I feel like I don't picture the story as well when I listen rather than read, but we'll give it a shot. It's only an extra anyway.

It was ok but no where near as good as the others. The reason I say this is because it was really just a romance.

I read mine on Audio and it is a very easy listen, all though I did find it easy for my mind to wonder as it was not as gripping as the other books.

(view spoiler)[Oef, a world in which you have a number until you are old enough (Because so many children die) sounds awful. Luckily our MC did survive and got her name (Yes, you can also not decide on your name yourself when you finally get one), Deuce.

The one thing I am a bit lost about is them sending Deuce and Fade on such a dangerous mission. It sounds like they are two amazing hunters that are highly valued by the enclave. Because they were a little disobedient they just send them away on a mission that is really dangerous, and might cost them their lifes. 'If you are not back within 7 days we just replace you'. Well ok, I would expect them to keep good hunters safe but I guess not!

Also, I like the idea of the 'Freaks' not being mindless zombies! Curious how smart they will become... (hide spoiler)]

So I am very excited about this book so I just kept reading it, it totally sucks me in!
(view spoiler)[ Wauw, I am kinda shocked by how the Enclave leaders behave. Banishing people every now and then for 'hoarding' whilst they placed the artifects there themselves just to send a warning, Banner getting killed? Not listening to valuable information people give? Killing off a child that did nothing wrong? Ugh! I am sort of relieved they are leaving since I feel like they would not survive in the enclave anyway. I hope they are able to find a safe place quickly, maybe a new community? They are both strong, I believe they will be able to survive together for a while.

I also believe these Freaks are getting smarter and smarter, I believe they will attack the enclave and the enclave will not be prepared for it. Maybe they will even get overrun?

(view spoiler)[ First of all, Tegan is a badass, 'Yeah they told me to clean you up but they never said I couldn't let you escape. Oh btw, coming with youuuu!'. You go girl.

I also love this book has so many realistic parts in it, like Deuce not know a lot of words or objects or animals. Some things are totally new to her which is understandably if you have grown up in enclave and have never seen the world above the ground. The way she gets so happy about finding a book which has the word Wolf in it and a picture just gives the whole book a little something extra.

I don't like it one bit that Stalker is now suddenly coming with them, he has done horrible things to Tegan and I totally get it if she kills him in his sleep. I get they can use another warrior, but do you really need another fighter that you can't trust? They will never fight for you but only for himself? If they get in trouble he will always choose himself. Especially now the Freaks/eaters are above the ground, I wonder if someone let them out or if they did it by themselves.

In the end they did find the 'safe place', kinda sad Tegan is so hurt. But I think she will pull through, if they wanted to kill her off I felt like it would have happened at the end of this book. :P

I am really curious about the next book, to learn more about this safe place and to learn more about these Freaks/Eaters/Muties!

Also, Fade and Deuce are cute. But I truly hate that Stalker puts doubts in her mind, i get he is jealous, but that is just not fair, she should never be with him. I'll never forgive him for what he did when he was still with his wolves.
