Book 6 - Chapter 1: (view spoiler)[Man, I love Sam so freaking much. I
m glad that he didn't fall for the Ring and dismissed it's power because of his love for Frodo. But then Frodo had to be a douche bag and call him a thief because he had the ring - because he keeps putting on the ring so he's slowly going crazy like his uncle. But then when he has the ring he apologizes to Sam for being a douche. I wonder what the hell is going to happen next to these two. (hide spoiler)]

Book 6 - Chapter 5: (view spoiler)[ARAGON (King Elessar) HAS OFFICIALLY MARRIED ARWEN. I'm so freaking happy right now and I really want to watch the movies now! I love that Queen Arwen wants to repay Frodo with a gift. I'm also happy that the land is reviving too. I can't wait to read how this all ends! Will it be the same as the movie? (hide spoiler)]

I seriously need to rewatch these movies and see if the ending is the same in the movie as the book - because I can't remember. So I'm like halfway through Two Towers and I'm just so damn confused with this radio broadcast thing. Just trying to figure out who's voice is who is so damn hard so I never know what's going on!!! I'm going to try tho because I wanted to read these and watch the movies for real.

Yeah the other one I had for the first book was perfect because it was just someone reading the book which is what I wanted but it only had Book 1 from the fellowship. I'm going to see if reading some summaries will help jog my memory, because I do remember some random things but I feel like I missed a lot.

Okay so I've been looking at summaries and from what I know of the audio I listened to, my book was all over the damn place and didn't follow the pattern yours did. So I'm going to try to figure out how to divide it but I'm basically kind of stuck yeah...

Beginning of Frodo and Sam's journey (view spoiler)[ I really don't trust Golem, he just creeps me out so much!! I hope Frodo and Sam watch him close otherwise they are going to have problems. I feel like Golem making them travel at night is a bad idea. (hide spoiler)]

Merry and Pippin when they loose the fellowship (view spoiler)[ The orc part didn't make much sense and I don't remember a lot from there, but I was glad when these two got away from the Orcs. I hope they'll find the rest of the fellowship again. I like Fangorn, he was peculiar but nice. It was a good thing he and the other Ents decided to help Merry and Pippin. (hide spoiler)]

Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli doing things haha (view spoiler)[ It was sad that Boromir died, but he was kind of an ass to Frodo, trying to take the ring like that. No thank you sir! I really hope these guys find Merry and Pippin- they could use some help against the Orcs I'm sure. (hide spoiler)]

Also why did Tolkien have to pick Sauron and Saruman as names for the bad dudes? Literally so similar argh.

At Isengard (view spoiler)[ YAY GANDALF ISNT DEAD WOOOOO! And now most of the fellowship is back together and ready to take on this bitch Saruman. I hope they get his ass. I thought there was supposed to be something between Aragorn and some Elf lady perhaps Eowyn but I could be wrong! The Ents sound pretty badass by the way. (hide spoiler)]

This stuff between the fellowship was interrupted a bit by Frodo and Sam continuing on their way, it was fairly creepy. (view spoiler)[ They met that Faramir dude and got some help from him because they told him the truth about Boromir, who turns out to be his brother. (hide spoiler)]

The ending bit (view spoiler)[ Wormtongue reminds me too much of Wormtail. Lesson: don't trust people with Worm in their name. Also of course Pippin had to look into the damn evil stone like ugh. Golem is a little jerk and I knew he was gonna do something shitty like lead Frodo and Sam into a trap! At least neither one is dead and Sam can find Frodo since he has the ring. I really hope this ring gets destroyed. (hide spoiler)]

Book 5, ch. 2 (view spoiler)[ This darkness that has returned seems creepy af. And why are Denethor and Gandalf enemies?? Is it an old person thing? Also how can Denethor rule this country of Gondor if there isn't a King? Hmmmmm. And this path of the Dead thing, what is it? Sounds spooky. And why does it seem like Aragorn is the heir to so many things now. (hide spoiler)]
Book 5, ch. 6 (view spoiler)[ What an intense battle. And I am with Eowyn, like hell she's going to be left behind because she's a Lady, she sure showed the Riders of Rohan. The only one who stayed after Theodon fell. Go girl! And then Aragorn gets there in the nick of time, yesss. (hide spoiler)]
Book 6, ch. 2 (view spoiler)[ So Aragorn is King well that is interesting. Things didn't look too good after Gandalf confronted the Lieutant of Sauron or whomever that was. I'm glad Sam kept his faith, he is so damn loyal. Frodo was a jerk to call him a thief, everything Sam does is for Frodo. I hope they get rid of the ring soon. (hide spoiler)]
book 6, ch. 5 (view spoiler)[ Okay I'm glad they won and the ring was destroyed, but like who is Arwen??? When was she introduced? Did I just miss it in Two Towers or something because of the shitty radio broadcast. Ugh I WANT TO KNOW (hide spoiler)]
Book 6, finished (view spoiler)[ Who knew hobbits could be so fearsome? And Saruman kind of deserved to be betrayed by Wormtongue. Such a gross name tho. ugh. Bilbo got the story he wanted and Sam will be very happy for a long time. It was kind of sad that Frodo decided to leave, but it made sense. That boy is full of trauma. (hide spoiler)]
