Could you delete what you added? I just joined Good Reads myself.

We always prefer to correct/edit, rather than delete, when that's possible. In this case, deleting would be especially unhelpful, because when she added the book again, the same thing would happen.

Here is the list of current Peter Smiths (accessible from the author's edit profile page, under "similar names"). If any if those seems likely, the author name on your book can have spaces (or middle initials) added to match. If not, it looks like the next free Peter Smith is the 4-space one.
Help! I made a typo in the author's name when I added a book. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...It should be Sophie Renwick.

Thanks Rivka, I shall go try the four spaces and see how I go.
Turns out it was 6 spaces to add this new Peter Smith. :)
Can someone help me with this?
I added this book to the database. The Sussex and it has attached itself to an author that didn't write the book.
I have never dealt with this before so don't know what to do.
I was going to add the author profile for the right Peter Smith, but thought I better check here first to see if someone more experienced knows the steps to get this fixed.
These are the details on the author. I would have included the section below the part in blue that says 'Book Review'
