Help finding a book: contemporary, heroine has amnesia throughout most of the story

Hi! This is driving me nuts so I thought I'd ask for help.

I seem to remember reading a book in which the heroine and hero are married at the beginning of the story, but the hero was cheating on the heroine (with a friend of hers if I'm not mistaken) and was going to leave her. Right after the heroine finds out about the cheating, she suffers a car accident and loses her memory.

Because of the amnesia thing, the hero plays dutiful husband and takes care of her. He doesn't tell her they were having problems etc. And then of course what happens is he falls back in love with her, and dreads the day she will get her memory back. Which she does towards the end of the book.

Now, I was absolutely sure this book was an Anne Stuart book, and since I thought it was an Anne Stuart book, I searched through her backlist online and figured it had to be Winters Edge. But once I was able to find a copy of Winters Edge and started reading it, it just didn't seem at all like the book I remembered.

So now I'm not sure whether the book I seem to remember actually exists out there somewhere, or if it was indeed Winters Edge I read years ago, and have confused the plot. If the book I described actually exists and someone out there knows which book it is, please let me know!
