... or an audiobook? Where can you purchase them? Amazon doesn't list them (yet?)
Why would there be a "foam book" edition? (See amazon listing)
Mulholland Books lists them but doesn't link to them.

Apparently, it's only available as an ebook through iBooks… so only for Apple devices.
