PNR series like laurann dohners new species series...

I'm looking for some series like laurann dohners new species series. I want series where the heroes and/or heroines are made supernatural by experiments or some other way besides being born with it. I've also read Lora Leigh's breed series and Mina Carter's project rebellion series that have the characters experimented on. Shapeshifters, vampires, or others as long as they were born human. Please help I really would like more of these to read..

Have you read these delightful books .....the Shelby nickels series? CARROTS is the first one. Shelby is on her way to the store for carrots and gets in the middle of a robbery.......then she can all of a sudden read minds. Carrots (A Shelby Nichols Adventure)

I love the new species series as well. I am also finding it hard to find series that resemble them. If you find anything worth reading I'd love for you to share.

The lords of the underworld weren't born but created its a good series to look into of you haven't already read them. They're written by Gena Showalter.

I've read Gena Showalter and enjoy her books as well. Haven't found anymore seres yet, but I'm hopeful. Ill be sure to add them to my post if I do. Thanks for the suggestion!
