@Heather + @Tris I am going to start soon. As soon as I finish
. I just want that one done and out of the way before I start this one. :)
Okay started. 11% in and its sad already! Way heaving on dumping the entire life stories of our two main characters but really beautiful prologue.
I got this book from the library a while ago and I had to return it today :(. I will probably not be able to get it back for a while, so I will not be able to join you guys. Sorry!
@Tris Oh! :( That okay. It pretty dramatic at the moment. Its good though. I am going to read some more now.
19% - This is okay. I like the characters though I feel weird reading about older people. This is the first time my main characters have been over the age of 25. They are very realistic though. Nicholas Sparks managed to perfectly captured the personality of what think a 30 year old world sound like.I find it weird that Sarah calls her Dad "Daddy" though. Isn't she a little old for that??
37% - Miles is so sweet. I love his relationship to Jonah. I am still warming up to Sarah. Not sure how I feel about her. I loooooved that part (view spoiler)Theory: (view spoiler)
100% - I finished this last night. It was pretty good. Didn't like the fact that I was right in my theory but the way it was written and dealt with completely made me forget about it. I loved the ending. I like that it was completely perfectly happy ending because it isn't that easy in real life.. I did end up liking this a lot more than I thought I would and I definitely will be picking up more of Nicholas Sparks's work. I'll write more of my thoughts later but I have to go now. Hope you liked it as much as me.
Y'know what - sometimes your library might not have an available copy, but you can get it faster by ordering a large print edition. That's what we did when we wanted to get SK's Doctor Sleep in a hurry.

Never noticed that before but thanks for the advice! Larger print annoys me though so I won't probably do that. :)
Carly wrote: "OK - I've ordered an E-audio of this one - be back when I get into it"Okay. Hope you like it!
can it still be counted as buddy read? I'm gonna take a chance.
I like it from the firs page. It captured me, and intrigued me to find out who had killed missy.
the further I got the more attached I became to Myles and Jonnah, I did feel bad for Sarah, but I wasn't as interested in her story.
I gotta say I loved the ghost story. And the ending was just PERFECT. I was shocked to find out who had run over Missy and how it happened. A must read.
I appreciate how the author used the tile in the book about where missy got it. Clever. I feel sorry for whoever hit Missy. It was a accident but they should of confessed right away.
