I'm reading 1932 Newbery Honoree Out Of The Flame by Eloise Lownsbery. Sometime after that I plan on reading The Ask and the Answer by Patrick Ness and Pirate Cinema by Cory Doctorow

Patrick Ness, in my experience reading his books, consistently performs in the range between simple excellence and nearly life-transforming greatness. A Monster Calls is the best of Patrick Ness's book I've read to this point, but I have high expectations for the remainder of the Chaos Walking trilogy..
I JUST started
. Like literally just started, I'm like a whole 3 pages in. I'm really excited about it though! I think the cover is gorgeous and I've heard a lot of good things.
Holly Black was at a nearby bookstore this year to promote, discuss and sign copies of The Coldest Girl in Coldtown. I wasn't there, but I heard it was a well-attended event.

Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë; I like it so far--except for the fact I'm looking up A LOT of words.

I'm not reading anything! My mom promised we could go to the library tomorrow.
The Iron King by Julie Kagawa.
I REALLY don't LIKE this book. I can't wait till it's over. xD This is like Mockingjay all over again.

"Tiger's Journey" by Coleen Houck and "The Incorrigible Children of Ashton Place: the Interrupted Tale" :-)
Bridge to Terabithia by Katherine Paterson.
I know my heart is going to break when Leslie dies. Ugh. What is life? ><

I've only ever seen that movie! Is the book good?

It's one of the all-time greats, in my opinion, perhaps the most deserving Newbery Medal winner of all, since the award's inception in 1922. For Katherine Paterson, this was her magnum opus, and a finer one cannot be found. Bridge to Terabithia has rocked my world more than once.
I'm reading Pirate Cinema by Cory Doctorow, one of today's most intriguingly intelligent authors. The velocity of his writing is matched only by the speed at which his brilliant mind operates. I was lucky enough to meet Cory Doctorow on tour for Pirate Cinema, and hear him not only discuss the book at length, but also read a substantial section from it out loud to us. He also autographed my copies of Little Brother and For the Win.
I'm nearly done with the audiobook of
And just started
- Hourglass was a great read so I'm really looking forward to this one!
Just started reading Matched last night and listening to The Daughter of Smoke and Bones. Finished Unwholly yesterday and LOVED it :)
Pride and Prejudice. And I just finished The One and Only Ivan, which you all should read, FYI.
Just finished the ARC of PANIC by Lauren Oliver that I was lucky enough to get!!! :) So now I'm moving on to NO ONE ELSE CAN HAVE YOU by Kathleen Hale, TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD by Harper Lee, A SEPARATE PEACE by John Knowles, and GIRL, STOLEN by April Henry!!! :)
In the middle of Slated
, yet another dystopian, and it's pretty unputdownable...reminds me a bit of the Program.
I'm in the middle of Insurgent. I've read it before, but I wanted to reread it before I read Allegiant. But I've heard so many scary things about Allegiant. (No spoilers please, no one has given me deets.)
I recently started Secret of the Knights by Jim Gasperini, book number one in the semi-famous Time Machine gamebook series, as well as UnSouled by Neal Shusterman. I do have my autographed copy of UnSouled, but I'm reading one of my library's copies, instead. Library books, at least hardcover ones, tend to be easier to handle, since the dust jacket is taped in place.
