SOLVED. Book About Cloning, Stalking, and more [s]

The book I'm looking for basically went like this: two brothers in modern times play an MMORPG, sometimes together. The older of the two brothers, it is discovered, has created a second account that he used to stalk and kill a girl. After he is arrested and all that, it is discovered that the younger brother is a clone of the older one, cloned by the parents. This leads to a lot of controversy by the scientific community and the police force about nature over nurture and if the younger of the two will grow up to be a murdering psychopathological killer.
I remember most of the plot of this book, but not any of the names or titles of anything. I would be loads of help to know this.
