"No, Charlotte. This is yours. This is all the money my father didn't pay you because you either didn't do the job right or were late. It was wrong of him to take it away, and I think he cheated you out of a lot of it. He cut your wages but not the rest of the maids, because he thought it might save money. I don't think that was nice, and I want you to have every penny you deserve. And yes, I know exactly where we can go. Follow me," Lucien smiled.

"Just up here," Lucien mumbled. Soon, they came across a largish cottage with a beautiful garden. He'd managed to write a short letter to the owner offering him a price, and it'd been accepted and paid for using Lucien's own little methods. "It's all ours, don't ask how, just appreciate," Lucien grinned.

((Me has an idea c:))
[Go on...:3]
"Just like you," Lucien told her. He'd made sure it was somewhere his parents wouldn't look, but knowing them, they'd search the entire city for Lucien. He was rightful heir, and without him they'd have nobody to take over. Which was why Lucien planned on returning with Charlotte after his father had passed away.

Charlotte smiled widely at him and kissed his cheek. "You're too sweet," she muttered softly. She held his hand as they went inside. It was truely beautiful. She had never seen such a beautiful home. And the thought of living there with Lucien made her incredibly happy
[I'm more for happy things at the moment DX]
"Don't flatter me," Lucien told her as they walked in. "'I've been way too horrible for all of that." And it was true, Lucien really had been the worst man in the world. Not only had he pressured Charlotte into sex, he demanded a lot more from her and also denied his love for her in front of at least a thousand viewers, causing yet another load of embarrassment.

[I like it, but I don't like the fact that Charlotte gets beaten in public. As much as I like the idea, I think they should jail her or something. When I get around to sending you the message, you'll know why xD But yeah, apart from the beating Charlotte, I like it.]

[Sure, but any other way... please. I know I sound like a bitch, but I kinda think it's a little overdramatic, even for those periods. As you read in my message, I'm totally tired of all this DX It was still an amazing idea, and maybe he could save her just before it happens? because personally I don't wanna RP that sort of thing DX]
[Surely there's got to be something else... I don't know why I feel like her being executed is better than abuse, but maybe we should have him save her literally just before she'd decapitated? This is what happens to me when I'm tired.]

[asdfghjkl. I guess we could do it then.]

[Ugh. I'm sorry Killjoy, I've been a bit of a bitch to you. This just feels like what I told you on PM, but I guess it would fit in with the RP. Just bad timing I suppose. I just assumed death and a beating were both kind of cheesy, and half the things we do in these RP's are ridiculously cheesy, and that's what makes it a little interesting. Still, I'm alright with a couple of pushes and slashes, I just think that the whole beating in public is maybe slightly too much, because the very same would happen to Lucien XD But I can't find it in me to have Lucien whipped.]

[I think they'd do it to both; he was the one who started this XD That's just my opinion I guess. But that sounds a lot better.]
[DEEEEEERP. I actually don't know DX]
[Sure! Could you start us this time? XD]

Charlotte woke up that morning, smiling softly. They had been living in the cottage for several weeks now, and it was a dream. She hugged the blankets closer to her, smiling in a daze. They had made love again last night. It seemed to become a habit of them, doing it each night. She looked beside her and saw her sleeping prince. He was so amazing. She leaned in and kissed him softly, unable to resist.
Lucien didn't really want it to be a habit, but it really made him feel closer to Charlotte, and this time he knew she enjoyed it. Lucien woke slowly, grimacing slightly as his sweaty face had almost glued itself to the pillow. "Ew, I'm gross," Lucien whispered, silencing himself when Charlotte gave him that kiss. "Thanks, thanks.." he smirked.

"I smell like... I smell like you and I combined," Lucien laughed. He really did, it was lovely. Their home had a little smell, and it was that homely type that really invited people in. So much so, he heard a knock at the door and quickly dressed, going down to answer it.

Lucien was faced with an old friend of his; the chef from the palace. Boy, it'd been weeks since they'd seen each other. It used to be daily. "Marcio, what brings you here?" Lucien asked, frowning. "I have a delivery... But it seems I'm at the wrong address. More to the point, what are you doing here?" he asked. Lucien just closed the door, feeling awful as he walked back to Charlotte.

"The chef from the palace... He didn't know it was us who lived here, wrong house. He's a good friend, I'm sure he'll keep quiet," Lucien told Charlotte. Because he was a prince, he still had all his luxuries and treated Charlotte to the very same.

"I really hope so, I mean, we'll be in a lot of trouble otherwise..." Lucien told her, pulling her into a hug. When she pulled away and placed her hands on her stomach, he had a faint idea as to what was coming. "Oh... You're pregnant?" Lucien asked, a smile forming on his face. "That's wonderful! We're going to have our own little Prince or Princess!"

"My parents would say a Prince, but because I'm not annoying like them, I'm going to say I don't know," Lucien said as he cradled her in his arms. This, in his eyes was perfect. But wasn't it considered wrong for a Prince to have a baby before marriage? Oh dear.

"I think I want this baby to be legitimate. That way we can return to the castle soon and have an heir, as I'll take over my dad," Lucien told her. But in order to have a legitimate baby, they really did need to be married. But was it too soon for marriage? Lucien wasn't sure, he knew he wanted it.

"It's not an heir, but if she marry's, then he'll become prince. That's why a boy is more or less needed at some point. But I do want a legitimate baby, because if we don't have a boy, then our girl will be queen. We'll just have to hope she doesn't marry," Lucien told her. "Yes, I... Yes."

"Well, no..." Lucien said softly, kissing her. "A boy would be better for the reign, but it doesn't matter. I'll love them either way, because no matter what they'll be our heir, and what's to say we won't have children in the future?" Lucien smiled, taking her hand. "We... We must marry to make them legitimate..." he said softly.

"No..." Lucien said simply, kissing her sweetly before getting down on one knee. He took the ring off his finger and slid it onto her own. "Will you marry me?" he asked sweetly, staring up at her as if to say he loved her. This really was like a storybook, but he didn't care. He'd do anything for her.

"I know it wasn't perfect, but... I love you," Lucien told her. Then, there was a loud bang on the door. "Could you get that, love?" Lucien asked her, kissing her sweetly. Though, he realised it could be the chef again, and walked up to the door himself. When he opened it, he was faced by two guards who grabbed him by the arms and took him away. "I demand you to let me go!"

Lucien was dragged away, though he didn't stop demanding that he was let go immediately. The guards told him that the King wanted him, and it was their orders to take him there. Lucien was thrown in a cage-like thing, whilst Charlotte was pushed on the floor in front of the king. The king demanded she was whipped, he glared at Charlotte. "You will never run away again."
