Only you can change the default edition of your books. To make the change, you can follow the steps here:https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/3...
That the German edition shows as primary with only 4 reviews is kind of strange, since the English kindle edition https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... has 1265 reviewsThis happens both on the author's page as well as when you search by author.

That would normally mean that the default edition has been changed by the author. Or in a few cases by a minion of the author/publisher. If it is the author then they can change it to whatever they wish. If it is a minion screwing it up then they need a good thrashing and be sent to bed without supper.
I set the default edition when it had the English cover on that listing. At some point the English cover was replaced with the German one, and the title changed to German, which is very, very strange to me. There *should* be an edition with a cover with that picture and the title in English, but somehow it got deleted or overwritten. So, yes, I know how to set the default edition. I just need the English version with that cover photo to be an option.

Make that one the default
The one that is currently set IS the German edition, I assume that it was set up with the English cover by mistake and was later updated to the correct German cover.

I just need the English version with that cover photo to be an option. "The edition you linked to in the OP has never had an English cover or title. It was created with the German title & language code but with no cover (I have confirmed this by reverting the cover addition). The German cover was added but the title and code are unchanged. The ASIN and ISBN of the other German edition also match. It is a 'proper' German edition.
Jon has added the first English version with that cover, unless one has been deleted.
The book is Someone Else's Fairytale, and I'd like the English one separate from the German one.
