"What's wrong?"
"Nothing"
"No, something's wrong."
"Nope."
"Then SMIIIIIILE!!!!"
"OMFG come here so I can beat you senseless."
"See, I knew something was wrong."
FML.
In addition, I just naturally deadpan sarcasm, which apparently makes me hilarious when I'm being a smartass. My face just translates generic stupid comments into "biting wit". So I guess that's a bonus.
I just realized that I can be more effective with emoticons than with my actual face. I can be expressive, I just have to work at it.

Ok. I just had to pick myself up off the floor. LOL!
I can imagine the sarcasm. And I love it.
Mostly, I'm pretty happy. I speak very close to the way I type...maybe with the exclamation points....

<.<
That being said...I have a bad tendency toward sarcasm and inappropriate comments. One of my friends was telling me about how she was sick and she had a lot of different things going on - via text. I was this close to texting her back "sounds like you have the unholy trinity going on."
Then I realized - she's super religious and I had to erase that. SO GLAD we weren't speaking face to face. O_o

Sorry, I didn't know it was my job to be pretty for you all the time.

But that's the thing - so do I. I'm often the most exhuberant person at work. I'm certainly one of the few who will randomly break into singing or dancing, and am sometimes downright hyper.
But I seem to have this reputation for being miserable and/or cranky all the time.
Which, well, I won't say I'm not cranky - 'cause the people I work with... oh dear gods, but they drive me insane - but, then it gets into this weird thing where if I'm not actively happy/hyper then I must be cranky/miserable, when really I'm just, ya know, working...

Oh, I hate that!! I get that, too. I'm mostly happy but if I even think about not smiling I get that crap.
I swear, nothing is guaranteed to piss you off like people asking you if you are pissed off.

I totally get that. I'll be sitting at my comp, trying to focus and not let reddit or this place distract me and the next thing I know, here comes one of my co-workers who just want to talk about nothing. It's like, I'm trying to work here, not hold a social club where nothing decent gets discussed.

I think this pretty well describes me too... On the other hand, Thomas (my bf) DEFINITELY has resting bitchface. OMG, I CONSTANTLY think he's pissed off about something. He scowls like the world has just flipped him the bird, and when I'm like "What's wrong?" He's like "Whut?"
This actually causes quite a lot of arguments. *sigh* LOL

Haha. That cartoon needs him holding a hex-wrench though.

Those thin little L-shaped things they include? Hate those. They always hurt after awhile.
