Michael, this topic is right up there with "it's got a great beat and it's easy to dance to" Can't you discuss literature with a little more depth?

No, there are some works that are so expertly executed and so full of truth and surprise and mastery they command respect and it's only dull minds who don't see the divine hand in them.

I finished it both times and as it did pick up toward the end the beginning just felt to long. I understand why its a classic, but it's not something I would pick up for a third time like I would one of Jane Austen's novels.
