I just finished Miss Peregrine and I have to say I loveeeeed it! I cannot wait for the second one to come out.

Is it creepy? Like with Miss Peregrine's?

As of right now, I don't think it's as creepy, but I definitely think it is just as good as Miss Peregrine's.

I don't think the pictures are as good as the ones in Miss Peregrine, but I still like them.

I have made it to chapter 27 and I really want to know what's going on.

(view spoiler)[I want to know what has made Jordan go all crazy and mad and why there are things that are occurring that Dan has no recollection off. I also want to know if the little girl is Lucy and if Dan is the son or nephew of the Warden. (hide spoiler)].

Finished it, not all of my questions were answered but there is supposed to be a sequel, so I'm not that upset.

I did enjoy it more than Miss Peregrine's though. Can't wait to see your thoughts on it.

I read a few pages last night and it is pretty intriguing so far! Never have much time to read on Wednesdays so I doubt I will get any further in this one today! :(

ok I'm 5 chapters in and it's already getting weird and creepy!

Dan (view spoiler)[ What is going on with him? What was the deal in the cab? He said to go left and he thought he recognized the church, like he had been there before? the GPS in the cab was messing up, could that be interference from the ghosts? He smells smoke and almost faints? He seeing things that aren't there and his memory is faulty, even though he had JUST shut the door and should have locked it! WTH! Especially seeing that room when he opened the door to his room! (hide spoiler)]

Abby (view spoiler)[ Did it seem like she was being weird too? She was going to take that picture of the little girl because she said 'she didn't want her to be alone'. WTH!! (hide spoiler)]

-Felix standing at Dan's bed when he wakes up from a nightmare?
-Jordan freaking out because Abby forgot about their plans? Or was that him being a Diva?
-Abby and that picture!! She drew it and hung it on her wall in her dorm room!
-Dan and his hallucinations? His 'data ghost?' WTH is that!
-Even Professor Reyes was being strange! Right? (hide spoiler)]

-Dan is still having nightmares and is now getting very ominous and very anonymous notes!
-Abby's aunt used to be a patient and she was only 8 years old!!! Why would they have an 8 year old in an asylum with the criminally insane??
-That guy Sal that had the wesite? Well Dan goes to see him and when he tells him his name, Sal and his wife have a major Freak Out!! (hide spoiler)]

I don't know what to think about anything! But it's still good and holding my interest!

You will continue to have more questions. I never had a stable theory, it was always altering, but in the end, I ended up getting at least most of it correct, some of it I didn't, but the book definitely held my attention all the way through.

Yea, for the most part it ends with you having all the answers, but because it's a series, to me I felt like it had a major cliffhanger.

I liked Miss Peregrine's better I think. (view spoiler)[This one was just too confusing. It held my interest and all, but I think in trying to keep the mystery going of what was happening it just became too much.

I might want to read the next one though! I'm hoping that it would be better than this one.

I kept going back and forth between Felix and Jordan that was doing the killing.

Do you think Professor Reyes did this one purpose as an experiment? She's the one who was dropping the notes, right? She had the keys, so she was the one unlocking doors and could easily be the one to move the cabinet. But why though? What was the point? And did she know that Dan is 'maybe' a relative of the warden's?

This is why I wouldn't mind reading the next book. I still have so many questions. (hide spoiler)]

I'm pretty certain the Prof. was the one who moved the cabinet and probably the one who wrote the letters. Although it was weird that he also wrote in calligraphy too. I wonder if it was an experiment and I think that she did know. Otherwise it was a very big coincidence, which I doubt (hide spoiler)]
