The Princess Diaries series by Meg Cabot - Restarting 'The Princess Diaries' from November 3rd 2015
Nice review. I am glad you liked it. I wasn't very fond of this book at all. In fact, I really didn't like it (Here is my review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...) but I need to finish the series. So when would you like to start the second book??
@Cheyenne Its about 10am here. Pls start! You don't have to wait for me because of the time difference. That will make everything a little difficult! Pls feel free to start! :)
Sorry Cheyenne! I did start yesterday but I didn't get a chance to add my updates and thoughts here but I wrote them down. Here they are:
37% - Mia is so annoying! I am already sick of her whinging and whining how bad her life is. Who really cares how flat-chested, big-footed and Amazonian tall she is?? This is serious nothing but a book with Mia whining in it. I hate how she keeps saying that (view spoiler) Seriously, Mia!And I hate how she believes that (view spoiler)

Anyway that's as far as I am in. Where are you up to?? I am going to go read some more now. I want to try and get it finished today. :))
@Cheyenne Thanks. Yeah, I keep forgetting that! I am finished now and all I have to say that it was a lot of absolute rubbish. It was really terrible. Mia's annoying as. The characters were so stupid and really didn't enjoy it at all.
I will post my review tomorrow. I should be done. So when do you want to start the third book. I'm good the 19th.
Okay. I am just writing mine now. :)) I don't mind... I have to order it in from the library so hopefully its in by then. Lets go with that date and if I don't have a copy by then we can change the date. :))
@Cheyenne Nice review. I can see that you found Mia whiny too but you seem to have liked it a lot more than me. :))
@Cheyenne Would you like to read the third book together too?? If so I can put it on hold and hopefully it wont take too long. :))
@Cheyenne I have bought her first Airhead book but haven't read it yet and this is actual my first time reading her works. That's okay. I don't know how long I'll be.
@Once Upon a Time Sorry for the late reply. I didn't see this comment! I would love to buddy read it with you. Did we end up organising a date because I know you mentioned it in the other discussion board??
@Rachel no I don't think we did. I hope don't mind I read a couple years ago. It is a really good trilogy.

She's just a New York City girl living with her artist mom...
News Flash: Dad is prince of Genovia. (So that's why a limo meets her at the airport!)
Downer: Dad can't have any more kids. (So no heir to the throne.)
Shock of the Century: Like it or not, Mia Thermopolis is prime princess material.
Mia must take princess lessons from her dreaded grandmére, the dowager princess of Genovia, who thinks Mia has a thing or two to learn before she steps up to the throne.
Well, her father can lecture her until he's royal-blue in the face about her princessly duty--no way is she moving to Genovia and leaving Manhattan behind. But what's a girl to do when her name is Princess Amelia Mignonette Grimaldi Thermopolis Renaldo?
