Nenad Mitrasinovic A lot of me is delighted the book, the way he shows us how to get rid of worries and problems and to bring joy in life is really something special, honestly It is the first book in my life, I love it so much read a book. I can tell you that I changed many bad habits in my life, I stopped worrying so much and I decided to solve the problem in a different way, is that it is dead, but his books will live forever.

Shahid Mehmood The book is so effective in training the mind to deal with adversity, mishap and testing situations of life in general that it can make a person quite impervious and immune to negative bothersome feelings, which I think could be harmful instead.

This could get to the point where if, for instance, some one's loved one passed away, one would feel nothing, and where there should be strong feelings of a sort, i.e. to initiate a grievance process, there instead could be control, as the mind now has been coached to cope so too well.

This book for some people could be like a medicine too powerful. I would therefore suggest that this book should be used with caution, just to make sure that it does end up doing too much to help.

Rob Leonardo Oldies but goodies. I like how it just teaches you how to tun cold turkey and abandon those worrying thoughts! good for people who worry a lot, think a lot and brood a lot!
