It looks like the translator was added to that edition by this librarian:https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/1...
You might want to drop them a message and see if they were working from book in hand or not.
(Amazon "look inside" does not always show you the same edition. In this case, the "look inside" is for the Kindle edition.)

We have this under two translators:
Steven T. Murray on this edition: The Road to Jerusalem
and Anna Paterson on this edition: The Road to Jerusalem
Amazon has Anna Paterson on the book page, but when you 'look inside' you see it's Steven T. Murray. They have him on the book page for the Kindle edition. He alone is listed as translator on #2 and #3 of the series. I only own #3, with his name inside. I doubt this #1 of the trilogy was translated twice and I think this is a mistake.
(She's a better translator than that!!!!)
