I like this mystery that is going on with Apophis. I don't know if I like it more than The Red Pyramid though. I love the action scenes. I love how it pulls you in. I cannot wait to see what is up with Walt. I hope Jaz is okay. Do you think Amos is still a little evil?? I do. I love that Sadie is still the funny girl from The Red Pyramid. Theory: Is he like dying or something?? Related to a "death" guy - a god/goddess or something like that?? Is that why he was upset about Anubis or was it because of Sadie and he's jealous?? I totally ship Walt and Sadie. I love Anubis more but Walt is more realistic... and that leaves Anubis free! ;)

I read this series (just the first and the second book) a few years back, so honestly this time I'm starting the graphic novel version. The art is really good!

(view spoiler)[ I agree, Carter's life seems pretty awesome. But I like how the two siblings' lives each contrast and have their own pros and cons. Carter gets to travel and escape school, but he doesn't have any friends and is kind of a social outcast. Sadie has lived a normal teenage life but as a result she's more self-confident and rebellious. I think the two complete each other and make a great team that way. (hide spoiler)]

I'm still reading The Red Pyramid, and I was supposed to be starting Throne of Fire today, and I still have 2 other big books to read before this one.
