cherrytreegirl | 4 comments Where do i put information on an imprint? I found the librarian manual unclear about whether i put this info under "publisher" and/or "edition".

The book i am entering is a Flamingo imprint of Fontana Paperbacks...

Koenraad (koenraadkelemen) | 6993 comments Policy is to put the most specific publishing information for a book in the publisher field.
See https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/2...

cherrytreegirl | 4 comments Which is more specific; the imprint name or publisher's name? It may be a stupid question but i find this unclear.

Sophie (notemily) | 469 comments Imprint is more specific. Imprints belong to a larger publishing house.
