The edition you linked already has a cover.

There was another edition (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...) of this book without the cover, but the ISBN listed with this edition didn't appear to be valid. Therefore, I'll leave this edition without a cover, until someone else (or you) can confirm the cover on the book with ISBN 9781306070355 is the same as the other editions.
