The Fault in Our Stars
question
What are some books like these?

I'm looking for a good book to read and I don't know which one to read.
I want one similar to Fault in Our Stars, Eleanor and Park, Looking For Alaska, Easy, or Me Before you!
Thanks!

Read "13 Reasons Why" by Jay Asher
"Looking for Alibrandi" by Marlena Marchetti

I only recognise Fault in Our Stars, I'm afraid. The books mentioned below are considered to be emotional stories and will be a mixture of YA and adult novels.
Similar to 'Fault In Our Stars' in that it focuses on illness:
Focuses on high school or life changing events:
General emotional novels:
This book is lighter and happier than the ones mentioned but still carries some of the themes and messages.
I hope there's at least one book that you like the sound of. I don't read many YA novels and try to avoid tear jerker's.
Also have a look through Goodreads Choice Awards, here:

You can go back to 2009 for that category.
** This has just occured to me but if you enjoyed the romance in Fault in Our Stars then these are the books that I know have a romantic relationship in them. **

Jenny Downham "Before I Die" is also a story about a teenage girl who has cancer. It´s a little bit similar to The Fault in Our Stars. I liked it!
Maybe you'd like to check out this Listopia? It's called Best Teen Books About Real Problems (heh). Sort of a funny list title, but it has a number of good books on it - all realistic YA where the main characters are dealing with some sort of issue. I can't guarantee that 100% of the books on here are wonderful, but most are solid.
Though Paper Towns is a book that receives the most flak/criticism, I feel as is if it's one of strongest novels Green has produced.
The Language of Flowers and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close and Beautiful Ruins are three that I liked that I would list with The Fault in Our Stars, Looking for Alaska and Me Before You. I haven't read the other two.

Well another book by John Green that I really liked was Will Grayson Will Grayson. Or I really liked and just got done reading Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe. That was a really great book and I think the latter is more like Fault In Our Stars than the former.

I love Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green and David Levithan. Also 13 reasons why by Jay Asher. I think Paper Towns by John Green is okey but probably my least favorite of John Green´s books.
