When starting a thread, if the author does not choose a discussion folder, I believe it defaults to a generic "general" folder, lower case, as opposed to our "General" folder, LOL. I organized the topics again, just to warn you if you see them moved around.

The system is case sensitive, so if a topic is floating, a new "general" folder is created to hold it. It doesn't see the "General" folder.
