Help Me Make Sense of this Series

I am a librarian who wants to fix this but I cannot figure out what is wrong.

The problem is when I click on the link to the series the book #6 listed is something totally different. What is happening? Is it something to do with combing books?

Looks like two works with different titles (presumably a short story and an anthology containing that story) were combined.

Rivka is doing something with it - the book has a librarian note saying not to uncombine.

Yes but that note has been there for weeks. Is it a lengthy process or is it possible he/she forgot?
