rachel, x (typedtruths) | 1368 comments Hello! I realise that only authors can change the default edition of a book, but I was wondering if the author isn't a GR author if a superlibrarian would be able to?

See, there is a book called Missing. The default edition of the book is without a cover and description. If possible could the other edition be swapped to be the default. Thanks and sorry for the bother.

Renske | 12223 comments Super-librarians are not able to change the default edition.

After the cover was added to the default edition the other edition was a duplicate, so I merged that edition.

@Renske I didn't think so, but just out of curiosity is there any other way to change a default edition apart from the author then?

Okay thanks.

Only the author (and only the primary author on multi-author books) or Goodreads Staff can set the default edition of a book.
