Best book launch?! How to keep it going?

My book, "Perhaps I've Said Too Much" debuted yesterday on Amazon. Right now it sits at #15 on the Best Seller Kindle list for Humor -> Parenting and is also listed as a "Hot New Release." It actually hit #12 last night at one point.

I'm not sure what I did right here. Cover? Content? Getting the word out early? All of the above?

Whatever it is, I'm beyond thrilled. BUT: How do I keep the buzz going?
