Sorry, didn't think that comments were necessary as my edits were all reverts recorded in edit log and self-explanatory.

As for new edition for ASIN, IIRC, I did try but got 'already exits' type of message. I sometimes get it for items just deleted w/in minutes (similar to how some editions are 'locked' if one tries to delete immediately). In such instances, I give the site 12-24hrs and try again. My fault for not following up due to the holidays.

Which Goodreads considers to be an out-of-print book, just the same as if a print book had been for sale and was no longer for sale.
