Why does this have humor tag?

I was expecting a light and funny read with an unusual plot, but it turned out to be a quite serious (and boring for me) book.
Did I miss something? Could someone post at least one funny quote from this book?

The book is serious and deep... but also deep and funny. Sorry that it not work for you. Maybe you should try "Year Zero".

The humor can be dry, but I found much of Dr. Impossible's exposition darkly hilarious...

It's a sort of sarcastic/dark humor, of the twisted/evil variety. Dr. Impossible was my favourite character.
