I am looking for a book. I believe the title had something to do with rewinding time or something like that. I also remember there being an African American teen boy on the cover. It starts with this boy 4 hours before his death in his neighbor's garage fixing something and then he gets hit by a car. He gets to keep going back to the 4 hours mark to try to prevent his death. I think there was also a sub plot about his relationship with his family, mainly his mother. Thank you in advance if you can help me!

I read the first couple chapters of the book about 5-7 years ago and it looked pretty new. also was probably about 250-400 pages.
I FOUND IT! Rewind by William Sleator.
