Her teacher was annoying, Wren was seriously f*cked up etc. This just wasn't my kind of book lol xD But, I didn't hate-hate it. I didn't feel like giving up on it or throwing it out the window. Finished chapter 3: (view spoiler)[I'm not sure how I feel about Cath. On the one hand, she's obviously a fangirl, which I can totally relate to, but she also has a strange attitude towards meeting people. Of course, there's nothing wrong with being shy (I am myself), but she wants to stay secluded so much that she almost comes off as unfriendly, haha.
I like the whole first-days-at-college setting, though. It's nice to see how Cath has to readjust her lifestyle to fit living on-campus (something I haven't yet done and am rather nervous about xD).
While I'm not sure the book started off as relatable and heartwarming as I've heard, it's only been a few chapters so I'm very intrigued to keep reading. (hide spoiler)]

Since the synopsis already hinted at it, I'm going to predict that Cath gets an F on her fanfiction story :/ I really wonder how that's going to play out.
That scene with Levi at Starbucks was really cute! Even though he's Reagan's boyfriend, haha. I like Levi a lot better than Nick, somehow.

Chapter 30: Sorry I've been at camp all week so I haven't had any internet but here are my thoughts so far

(view spoiler)[ I kind of relate to Cath in such a weird way, like she's so awkward and it's really cute. But boys are assholes to her and I don't know why she takes it. Like Nick-steals her story. Levi-JUST A KISS. Then she goes out with him like bitch please can we not. Be a strong independent woman. I really love Wren, she's brilliant, Cath really blows things out of proportion at times and their mother is a psychopathic bitch. I hope Cath avoids her forever. I would. (hide spoiler)]

Settled into bed thinking I'd read one or two chapters before sleeping, and ended up reading 100 pages. I'm going back to the book after writing this xD Rainbow Rowell is magical.

Finished chapter 18: (view spoiler)[Okay, I don't like Nick anymore. He seemed quite nice and a good writer at first, but I think Cath contributed too much to the anti-love story for him to call it his, for him to turn it in as his work.
Cath and Levi were so cute as they were reading The Outsiders! <3 sigh, book guys are so awesome. I wasn't expecting that thing to happen with Levi at the party, I wonder how that'll turn out... I'm sure they'll still get together, haha.
Also, I'm worried about Cath's dad! What happened to him? D: Cath's dad is so sweet, I really like him.
It was so nice reading about Cath meeting a fan of hers, showing her that people cared about fanfiction and understood her lifestyle. I love reading the snippets of Snow and Snow fanfic between chapters. If only Rowell would write the series... (hide spoiler)]

Final thoughts: (view spoiler)[ this is a book that will be on my favourites list for a very long time and I really want to read more Rowell books because if all her books equal this, then sign me up to the fanclub. I loved the ending and how Cath really came into her own person and how lovely Levi was and how Nick got what he deserved and how she won the prize and all these lovely things. Just so lovely. They're so cute (especially that whole laundry-chivalry argument), and I'm glad Cath's dad is fine with it. But I'm still uncomfortable with Cath and Wren fighting; if they don't talk before the end of the book I'll feel all incomplete xD
I don't really like Cath's mom, she doesn't seem to care very much. She's trying, sort of, but on this I agree with Cath--she shouldn't have left.

Finished the book! (view spoiler)[One of my new favorites and a definite five-star. I was hesitant of this book in the beginning, but it just got better and better and better. I can finally relate to Cath, and the characters all remind me of people you might know in real life. I also hate Nick. (returns after five minutes of flailing around because I don't know how to properly express my hatred of that awful guy)
Cath and Levi are so cute, and I love Reagan! She's so funny and in control of herself. This book was just spot-on. The only part that threw me off was when Levi said "Harry Potter"...does that mean Harry Potter and Simon Snow exist together in the book? Regardless, an amazing read. (hide spoiler)]
