I think it'll be worth it for a decent vampire story, and having mike in it is just a bonus. I'll but my order in tomorrow and I should have it by Thursday. Be good to read.

"Sorry you got killed." That cracked me up, but the whole dream sequence was pretty cool and I love Harlen and his Ma. Just makes me laugh how they interact with each other.
I did buy it and I'll be here in the morning,it'll be nice to have the three of them.
Gonna get back to this one now, well tonight when kiddos are asleep and I've made my tea. Can't wait!
Reading Duane's journals...this is getting good and picking up pace now.

Yeas, from now it doesn't stop. Poor Duane's dad. All he's got now is knowing there's a major coverup going on and not being able to do a dam thing about it. Has Mike gone out with his Priest yet?
Yes. That was scary! When the maggots poured out of the soldier's mouth...wow. Wonder if the priest will turn into one of the undead now.
One thing I envy about this book was how simple life was. This group of boys exploring and making adventures is unforgettable.
The poor priest, but don't you think Mike coped well, I don't know how he managed to deal with seeing all that. But live was simpler,and kids don't get get freedom like this anymore.

Yes, Mike handled the priest scene very well. I think I would have freaked out and fled. But, I was right about the priest becoming one if the undead. Back to that in a minute. Yes, the Rendering Truck but I was also thinking about the boys ambush on the three demons. At first, it took me a while to catch on that it was all a setup with the tents and all. Very clever. Back to the priest...lol, I love how he showed up during a makeout session! How creepy!
Well, I finished and the ending was pretty amazing! I loved it! But still wondering what happened to Ashley-Montague...and the bell?

Didn't the bell break when the school burnt? And wasn't dale great at stealing the book! I don't know what happened to Ashley-Montague though, it doesn't say. But with the next book A Winter haunting,its just Dale. But its still good, not the same kind of good but its worth reading.
