Alex, Congratulations! I didn't feel like reading much when I was pregnant with my twins... So, I can feel you.... I checked out your shelf and saw we have quite a few books in common... We're both reading Sweet Dreams right now) Here are a few suggestions...
The Bronze Horseman (first book 912 pages and it is UNREAL) there are 3 books in the series and they are all highly rated. I'm 82% on the first book and it will be my favorite in 2013 and maybe an All Time Favorite.
I was going to recommend the Black Dagger Brotherhood and saw that you've read the first 3. I just finished book 4 and I heard book 5 V's story is awesome.
Fever series by Karen Moning is AWESOME... I've read the first 3 and am dying to get to book 4.
Looking for laughs...
I hope this helps. Best wishes!
