Please Remove This Book From My Author Profile

On my Author Page I have the following book included as one that I've written:
"How To Get Your Ex Back - A Step By Step Guide To Getting Your Ex Back Fast"
I am NOT the author of this book (there must be another Ryan Morris) but I cannot figure out how to remove it from my Author Profile.
Can you help? Thanks!

This book is under an indie author Ann Vaughn but it is not by her...please remove (or separate) Thank you!

Hmmm...for some reason it's happened again.
