Good article—thanks for the share :) This has obviously been an issue in mainstream literature for a while, too. Here in Australia, they've been trying to address it through the creation of new awards and the publication of similar review statistics from the literary press. It looks like change is in the air, which is great to see.

This was good to read. I was really impressed with how Stephan was willing to admit his own culpability and have a real change of heart. You don't see that too often.
