Kadi (kads) | 99 comments I'm not overly Christmasy so I will read Elf on the Shelf, the kids are doing it. Other than that I will be reading some of the TBR list

I will read Watching You and The Drawing of the Three

Nicola | 1161 comments I started
Kissing Christmas Goodbye (Agatha Raisin, #18) by M.C. Beaton Kissing Christmas Goodbye / M.C. Beaton
as a nice quick read after finishing Neuromancer as my last Spring Challenge book (was a bit heavy).

I've also picked a new author for me as a second book
A Christmas Guest (Christmas Stories, #3) by Anne Perry A Christmas Guest / Anne Perry

message 53: by Amber (new)

Amber (ukaunz) I'm going to read one Christmas picture book to my kids each night leading up to Christmas Day, as well as trying to fit in Little Exiles and maybe Winter Solstice.

So far we've read:
A Bellbird in a Flame Tree: The Twelve Days of Christmas by Kilmeny Niland
Jesus' Christmas Party Mini Treasure by Nicholas Allan

message 54: by Lily (new)

Lily Malone | 102 comments Hooray! After several missed attempts, I just managed one of the challenges. I read Ros Baxter White Christmas by Ros Baxter

message 62: by Andrea (new)

Andrea | 2191 comments My official choice for this challenge is Little Women but it's taking me longer than expected to get through it, so I've just read The Christmas Gift by Monica McInerney to make sure I finish at least one Christmas story. It's free on Amazon (thanks for the tip, whoever posted that) at the moment.

I've set the American teenagers aside for the time being and might delve into A Redbird Christmas by Fannie Flagg before I call it quits for this challenge.

I read this one last Christmas Marianne and really enjoyed it:)

message 74: by Amber (last edited Dec 08, 2013 02:57AM) (new)

Amber (ukaunz) I'm currently reading The Book of Secrets: A Novel from my TBR pile, and it keeps referring to The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe which I loved when I was younger and have very fond memories of. So I decided to read it aloud to my kids and I've realised it actually qualifies as a Christmas book, so there you go, it's now part of my December challenge :-)

The Book of Secrets A Novel by Elizabeth Joy Arnold The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (Chronicles of Narnia, #2) by C.S. Lewis

Lee at ReadWriteWish (leeatreadwritewish) | 322 comments Surprisingly, I don't seem to have many Christmas books on my shelves. I have been offered lots through Amazon and Kindle over the past couple of weeks, however. I gave in and bought a couple of cheap novellas.

Christmas Wishes

The Christmas Cuckoo

Both were rather boring! LOL *off to try and find something a little more review-worthy*

Lee at ReadWriteWish (leeatreadwritewish) | 322 comments Oh, I also read One Wicked Christmas by Amanda McCabe which was obviously so boring I forgot!
