I just finished chapter 15. I hate readnig on iBooks because I have no way of telling the percentage unless I actually calculate it myself but I got the four books bundle so I am completely lost now with all the page #s so don't ask! LOL!
lol, my reader doesn't give me a % either so chapter numbers sound good to me too..lol

I hate iBooks too Irene except for highlighting. I like their feature better. Btw, I'm over here saying "I've read chapter 1. Go me"
Nana, I find iBooks only has page #s and Kindle (in most cases) locations so you can't win with either. I tend not to use iBooks because it's usually more expensive but I had a gift card balance left over so I figured, why not??

Just finished chapter 21. Don't hate me but ... I am struggling at this point. I love Rhage but Mary isn't doing it for me. You can tell where the story is going but it's moving real slow. And I am so mad at myself because I accidentally saw the blurb for book 10 and now I want to cry because I know what I know :(

I think you will enjoy Z's story next more than this one. Yes, book 10 is uber sad, but one of my favorites. It may have ruined a little bit, but JR's story telling is too big for it to ruin too much for you to not enjoy book 10.
I mean, at this point I am looking forward to chapters with lessers and their story vs Mary/Rhage. Kill me now!!!! LOL!

LOL!"Have you met John Matthew yet? What do you think of him so far? You see him grow a lot throughout the books before he gets his own, and it's worth it.
I like him (JM) and I like Bella so I am happy when they pop into the story and, of course, the lessers! Is it just me or Mr O is someone to watch for in the future???

Shannon, don't get me wrong, I still like the story and how it is multilayered but don't care for Rhage and Mary as a couple, especially when this followed Wrath/Beth, KWIM??
I need to stop comparing every female character to myself. I hate that she is all "I am not worthy, etc" because my motto has always been 'you only love once' so I would have jumped his vampire bones regardless of my condition, you feel me???

Mary isn't my favorite, but I like all the swooning. And there is a super hot scene at about 64% to look forward to :).

There seems to be a lot more depth to the characters. It's still early but the lessers kill me. UGH! I'm just afraid to skip it and miss something so I read all of it.

I don't get his attraction to Mary. I'm trying really hard to feel bad for her but come on she's got Rhage and she's acting like a dope. Was I the only one excited when they finally listened to something other than rap. What's up with that?
Shannon, don't let my mood sway you one way or another. I am super picky about my female leads, as you know, so this was bound to happen.
