That album on Facebook isn't public, so I can't view it. Can you upload the images to here instead, to the "photos" section? https://www.goodreads.com/photo/new

As a GR author it is also possible to edit the books and upload the photos yourself (although you won't be able to remove or change them).

Okay, I've done this. Now how do I add them to the empty book covers? The books are in my profile, but the covers don't show.

You need to go to the book page then click on the button on the bottom right under the details that says "edit details". Once you're on that page, there's an option to upload the covers on the right-hand side.

I've seen that you've uploaded the photos to your profile now, so if you have any problems with adding them I can take them from there and do them myself. :)
