What happened to removing a shelf and book? Api call returns unauthorized!

for the time being it's been disabled. there were some issues with the way third parties were using the functionality without notifying users of what was happening.

Any advance on the issue? It's breaking our apps and we haven't even been notified about the changes.
Can't you make something like a white list similar to the reviews API?

We have a whitelist, we populated it by hand but may have missed some apps. If you need this api access please email support@goodreads.com with details and we'll review.
