Yay! I'm excited to keep going with this series. I got so wrapped up in other books that I entirely forgot about this one.

and I remember that we were NOT the girl in the family that had been trained to do this. The other girl was devastated it was us and not her

didn't our mom lie about our DOB or something like that....??

and didn't she travel in time and meet a boy...in a room where he hid her in a curtain or something. and he helped her because he knew she'd traveled??

and then there was a boy in her real time that she was supposed to start training with. And he was kind of a short and kind of rude but not bad.....because he was frustrated to be paired with someone who had no idea what they were doing...

and wasn't the uncle...kind of creepy?

OH!! and isn't she there to.....uh...get things? Are they getting things from the past or trying to prevent someone from getting something

so....I made it thru chapter 3, almost 100 pages

and how they are treating her is making me want to throw this book!!!

I hate their (view spoiler)[ condescending and horrible comments, they are just breaking her down. They NEVER raised her to know this stuff - how on earth would she? I would be a HORRIBLE 18th century lady. Ugh! GRRR (hide spoiler)]

and the little flying (view spoiler)[ creature gargoyle thing. I thought he was annoying at first, because I couldn't tell when he was saying something and when someone else was saying something

but now I like him since he is one of the few people nice to her (hide spoiler)]

OMG! My friend just told me book 1 (and possibly the whole trilogy?) was made into a movie! It was only released in Germany.

I love it so far! It's a huge adventure!

The only thing that makes me mad is how the guardian people treat Gwen. THEY make me mad because they are so rude and so condescending to her :(

but I love the chemistry ;D
and their traveling. This one has a GREAT mystery in it that is really just jumping along for me

I thought we thought that's who she was....but I don't think that's who she really is
but that part I don't remember and they don't bring it up in this book...that I remember....
