Book's ISBN not found elsewhere

I started going through books shelved as 'finnish' to see if I could help out. So far I'm slow and not doing much.

I ran into this book but I can't find any search results anywhere else with this ISBN. I checked WorldCat and Amazon. Could anyone give me any pointers on where else I could search for this particular edition?

That ISBN isn't correct (try running it through a checksum validator). You might try searching by title/author/publisher and seeing if you can find what the ISBN was supposed to be....

Checked with this, says it's not a valid ISBN 10 number. Checked the publisher's site and found an edition with the ISBN 978-951-0-18212-3 which seems to be pretty close to this edition's ISBN.

You're right, it's not the same book. Being an idiot, I don't know how to search from the Finnish National Library, ERR. :P But checking the publisher's site helped.

I checked the publisher's site and there was an edition with an ISBN similar to the one I found so I edited the book's info to match the edition on the publisher's site. I hope that's okay. :)

In a case like this, where the listed ISBN is clearly wrong, that is just fine. :)

Thanks, rivka. I'm still a little unsure of all the standards but I find that being a librarian is fun. It also helps that so many people are willing to help a newbie out! :)
