I can't remember the name of this book. It's about four teenagers who are the only minorities left in the world. One's black, one's hispanic, one's asian, and one's something else. Everyone else in the world is white because the government or something made it so. These four teenagers have special powers. In the beginning of the book, they find themselves trapped in this big building, and I remember at least one was being tortured or kept still or something. And they were all in rooms that would keep their abilities at bay. One can morph into animals, one can travel in time or teleport or something, one has telepathy, and that's what I remember
