Editors, formatters, and cover art that wont break the bamk

I am finally going to take the plunge and self pub my books. Anyone know of reputable people to edit that wont cost me an arm and a leg? And since i am technologically challenged I also need someone to format for me, again thats not ridiculously expensive. AND on top of that i need a good cover artist that also wont be extremely expensive. Any advise. I am ready to do this. Just dont want to do it wrong or pick the wrong people. Any advice anyone can give me would be greatly apprecitaed. Thanks!

Formatting is really easy to do if it's just text. If you want any fancy formatting then... Well, that could cost.
