This is your house. You will start here on your adventure after a moderator approves your game character. This is where you get your Pal Pad, a pad that records the places you've been to and the people you've met and battled. You will also get 500$, ( put the $ sign on the back of the numbers to represent Pokemoney) and one potion. To get these, just post a topic that says which character you are, and I'll put it on your Trainer Card! Make sure to say bye to Mine Jr. before you leave!

Will Redington ran into the house, excited to start his Pokemon journey.
(( I'm going to play along, even though this is not a roleplay. Great idea, Terra, though!)) His mom smiled at him over the stove, observing that he was still in his pajamas.
"Up so early, sweetheart? Go upstairs and change. Breakfast will be ready when you come down.
((:D))Will frowned, but went upstairs to get changed. A little while later he came back downstairs, a smile on his face. "I can't wait until I get my first Pokemon!"
His mom nodded, smiling as she set down three strips of bacon, an egg, a glass of orange juice, and four pancakes.She tweaked his nose."Really?"she asked. "Can't wait to get away from the tyrannity of your mommy?"
((Man, you're making me hungry now...))Will wolfed down two of the pancakes before answering. "I would just love to get out of this town. It's so small, and I want to get out there and see the world!" At least, that's what he told his mom. If he had told her that what she said was the real reason for him wanting to leave, then she'd never let him go! Of course, the small town was boring, but being on an adventure without any adult supervision was a dream come true!
(( You can advance to the Lab now.))His mom rolled her eyes.
"I'll get the things I packed for you." she said, pushing her chair backing and getting up. "You'll need a bunch of stuff."
She went over to the Family safe, and, turning the combination lock, opened it. Reaching inside, she grabbed a blue bag and put it on the counter.
"Here," she said."Inside is a Pal Pad, 500$, and a potion. Oh, yes, and a change of clothes. "
((Blue! :) ))"Awesome! Thank you Mom!" Will exclaimed, grabbing the bag and hugging her before saying goodbye to Mime Jr. and running out the door towards the Lab.

Riley ran down the stars and hugged her mother. "Hi mum!"
Her mother turned and looked at Riley, a steaming spatula in her hand."Wow," she said , surprised "Since when were you so affectionate?"
"Since I get a Pokemon, then I get strong, then I beat Dad!" Riley grinned.
Her mom rolled her eyes."You've been saying that for two years straight." she said. "Now go get eat your breakfast, or else the Pokemon Fairy won't come and give you a bag!"
Riley bit her tounge. "I'm already dressed."

Riley sat down and ate her food, slowly, making sure she didn't give herself a stitch.
Her mom bustled around the kitchen, getting the dishes washed. Finally, she sat down next to Riley, a smile on her face."Can't wait to start your journey?" she asked Riley.
Riley nodded. "Can't wait, can't wait."
"Good."She got up and went upstairs to her room. A few minutes later, Riley's mom came back down, holding a dark grey bag.
"This is your bag for your pokemon journey. Inside there's a Pal Pad, a potion, some energy bars, and 500$. And a change of clothes."
((Dark Grey Bag!!!))Riley stood and took her bag from her mum. "Thank you."
Her mom looked at Riley for a while then patted her on the bakc."Be sure to visit sometime," she said, "You know how to get to the Professor's Lab, right?"
"Yes, yes."

The morning started with an...."OUCH!!!" Galem cried. He rubbed his nose, fledgling hopped onto his bedside lamp. Galem yawned, "fledgling!" he cried " how many times do I have to tell you? Keep your BEAK off my NOSE!" To late, Fledgling dropped Galems clothes on his bed......that mean't he wasn't listening. Galem sighed, then hopped into his clothes and headed downstairs rubbing his sore nose. Then, he remembered something. He was going to start his pokemon adventure! Galem fled down the stairs.

"Mom! Wake up!!" Jat yelled as he mercilessly jumped up and down on top of his parent's bed. His dad had already gone hiking, but his mom had been working and was still wiped out. "Christ, hun, just bike to see him!" "Fine, but i'm eating a donut for breakfast!" Jat rushed down, grabbed a bag of food, and was gone.
He poked his head back through: "By mime jr.!" Mime Jr. squeaked and waved as Jat left.

"HEYYYY MOMMM!!!"Galem shouted as he stumbled into the room, nearly breaking four pieces of furniture if his mom didn't stop him.
