Sarbi | 1 comments Hi, the title of the topic is not what you think I´m not looking for the E.l James book.
Once I Heard in a video a girl talk about a book with a similar title but I´m not sure I saw it a long time ago. The book was about a girl a teenager I think who could actually see many shades of grey and they meant something. The cover of the book had a multicolered eye, maybe.
It could be Sci-Fi or dystopian, if someone can remember the title it would be much appreciated. Thanks :)

Nadine | 55 comments Shades of Grey (Shades of Grey, #1) by Jasper Fforde is dystopian. People are sorted into classes based on what number of colours they can see. The protagonist is male though. So a lot isnt quite fitting your description. .. just wanted to throw it in...

Shanna_redwind | 852 comments Don't know if anything else fits, but the title does Between Shades of Gray.

Can you say about what a long time ago is? 5 years, 30 years?

Oh great! I wasn't sure at all as it seemed only mildly right. Enjoy it. I loved the Thursday Next Series by Jasper Fforde :-).

Nadine | 55 comments Fantasy... i would say. It is sort of dystopian too. Set in a parallel world to ours. With funny or quirky differences like Dodos not being extinct. And everybody looooving books. The heroine is able to jump into books and has to solve the case of. .. a kidnapped Jane Eyre!
