Searching for a YA book - SOLVED [s]

Hello everyone! I'm searching for a YA book that was released last year, but I can't remember the title nor the author. It was a contemporary YA.

It was about a high school girl who sends some photos of herself to her boyfriend (and if I'm not mistaken, in the blurb it was said that she did it in an attempt to save their relationship or something like that). But when they break up he leaks the photos and everyone finds out about them. Could you please, please, please, help me find out what book this was?
