ETA: Forgot to ask--the third book isn't published yet, but it won't let me change the cover on that page, either. Do I need to wait for it to be on Amazon or Smashwords to be able to change it? Been poking around but can't seem to find the answer! haha

And no, the third book hasn't been released as an ARC yet... Do you just need the cover to be online somewhere? i.e., If I have the cover up on my website you should be able to use that?

Yes, if you can point us to the new cover image anywhere, that works fine, and as long as it hasn't been published on any edition of the book we can change out the covers anytime.
