Catch a Ghost
question
A few questions...

I read the synopsis, and this sounds pretty similar to the Cut & Run series. Prophet = Ty and Tom = Zane? How similar is it exactly? I love the Cut & Run series, but I mainly read it for the progression of Ty and Zane's relationship because the plots have sucked so far. Are the plots in this series better? Is the dialogue realistic? How's the chemistry between Tom and Prophet? How's the sex? Realistic? lol
No spoilers! I've only read the first three books in the Cut & Run series, so please don't spoil me. Thanks!

I love Ty and Zane, their series is mainly character based, i've read all of them. I read it because i'm obsessed with them and their relationship. I won't spoil, but
ends so sadly, i almost cried.
I've read the first two books in this SE Jakes series and i agree that it is similar. Ty and Prophet are especially similar. But the plot in this series is....i'm not sure what you define as plausable. I'm not an agent, or a former assassin ect, so i don't actually know how they talk to each other or what 'cases' they do in real life.
I think Jakes series is more emotional and we get depth of the characters much quicker. The plot is interesting because there are lots of different stories and plots going on at once. But again it really is more about the characters and how they deal with things. Personally i think the sex is good, 've read quite a lot of m/m books, and i'd say their chemistry gets better as the book goes on. Both characters are interesting on their own though.
So if you like mind-fuckery type characters and a relationship that isn't rushed (emotion-wise), then you might like this series. x Prophet is quite funny.I think him and Ty would either hate each other or be really good friends. x
