PLEASE READ – Where should I post My Questions and Comments?

There are four basic folders in this group, and each one has a separate purpose. Please post your questions or comments in the appropriate folder. Here's what each folder is for:

Ask Goodreads: Questions about how to use Goodreads as an author; suggestions for how to improve Goodreads for authors; questions about Goodreads policy regarding reviews, author participation, etc. Goodreads employees and Librarians will respond to questions in this folder.

The Craft: This is a great place for general discussion among authors. General posts introducing yourself, questions for other writers about writing. Again, please do not post self-promotional comments about your own books.

Writer’s Circle: This is a great place to get feedback and critique from your fellow authors. Need help writing a catchy back-cover blurb? Need a beta reader for your latest chapter? This is the place.

Publishing and Promoting: General news and notes about the publishing industry; questions about best practices for all aspects of the book business OTHER THAN Goodreads.
