Jim Vuksic A very funny book, "My Brother Was An Only Child" by Jack Douglas (published in 1977) manages to make the reader laugh without utilizing foul language or innuendo.

Maybe some of the younger comedians today should read it. They could certainly learn a lesson from Mr. Douglas.
